Client Overview:

Our client is a high-growth mode start-up looking to hire a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their expanding team. The company is headquartered in Midtown Manhattan. This role is hybrid and will be 3 days in the office.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr (Temp)
$50k – $60k (If converted to perm)

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. This Recruiting Coordinator will provide direct support to the Recruiters and Hiring Managers. The Recruiting Coordinator will help with improving operational efficiencies, streamlining recruiting processes, and ensuring the recruiting process is consistent.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
  • Review applications for roles and asses their candidacy against job requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate expenses.
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date.
  • Manage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers.

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 2+ years work experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow-through.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly outgoing demeanor as the first point of contact for candidates.
  • Exceptional professional, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
