Client Overview:

Our client, a Global specialty ingredient developer seeking a Documentation Associate to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25 – $35/hr

Position Overview:

Successful Documentation Associate candidate will join a dynamic group to help authoring and updating site department information for better workflow and operational efficiency as well as corporate compliance. The Documentation Associate assist in authoring and updating SOP, training materials, manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, logistics/shipping guidelines, materials handling guidelines etc.

Responsibilities of the Documentation Associate:

  • Obtain information and content needed from individual department to present in clear, accurate and presentable formats to cater functional use
  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving related documents for proper distribution, access and references
  • Ensure timely update of needed documents in full compliance of respective protocols or guidelines

Qualifications for the Documentation Associate:

  • English verbal and writing proficiency
  • Ability to understand complex procedures or technical terms and present in formats that are easy to understand and follow
  • Prior technical writing experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments (food, pharmaceutical, chemicals, raw materials, cosmetics etc.)
  • Excellent computer skills

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Degree in Science or related disciplines with aptitude in technical writing are welcome to apply
