Our client, a jewelry brand that seamlessly combines timeless elegance with modern design. They are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join their team at a multiple pop-up retail locations.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17.50/hr

Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will be an essential part of delivering a memorable shopping experience for our customers. The Seasonal Retail Associate provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities of the Seasonal Retail Associate:

• Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products, creating a welcoming environment, and driving customer interest
• Maintain strong product knowledge to inform and assist customers effectively with their purchasing decisions
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the store displays, ensuring product arrangements are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
• Help with stock organization, replenishment, and inventory control as needed, including handling shipments and restocking shelves
• Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a smooth customer experience

Qualifications for the Seasonal Retail Associate:

• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work at different pop-up locations and to assist with store setup and teardown
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once and maintain an organized work environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs.), and move around the store as needed
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays during the seasonal period

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
