They deliver services that support participants in self-directing their care, fostering autonomy and personal choice. They are seeking a Registration Specialist to support participants and providers in the enrollment process for self-directed care programs. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21.15 – $22.15/hr
Position Overview:
This Registration Specialist position involves ensuring seamless onboarding, providing expert guidance on program requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote successful outcomes. The Registration Specialist assess participants ability to successfully self-direct their care and provide necessary accommodations.
Responsibilities of the Registration Specialist:
- Follow up on referrals for participant-directed services
- Assist participants/employers in accurately completing all necessary enrollment documentation
- Educate participants on program rules, authorized services, and expectations
- Identify and resolve enrollment barriers in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct virtual or occasional in-person visits to support participants as needed
- Provide instruction on program tools and systems, including online platforms
- Document and report services provided according to company protocols
- Support the enrollment process, including background checks and documentation review
- Communicate effectively with case management entities to ensure smooth coordination
Qualifications for the Registration Specialist:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (required), and other web-based tools
- Experience in process improvement and triaging enrollment challenges
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging adults preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
