Client Overview:

Our client is a premier real estate firm that specializes in providing comprehensive property solutions to clients across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This company has grown to become a trusted name in the real estate industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. They are looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. This position is a temp-to-perm position.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $45/hr

Position Overview:

The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR Generalist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create or procure professional development programs. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues. Coordinate performance review processes and ensure compliance with timelines.

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • Must have ADP WorkForce Now experience.
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Full cycle recruiting experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
