Our client is a wealth management firm serves single family offices, and foundations and endowments. They are seeking a Client Manager to provide assistance to the Client Advisory team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100,000 – $115,000+ Depending on Experience plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Client Manager provide assist in all manners of client service, daily operations, and ad hoc projects. This Client Manager role is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and completion of a variety of disparate services on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities of the Client Manager:

  • Review letters of instruction, account applications, manager agreements and fund subscription documents
  • Organize supporting documentation
  • Prepare materials for client meetings including PowerPoint decks
  • Oversee quarterly reporting process and write customized client letters
  • Act as information provider to accountants, banks, investment managers and other professionals
  • Develop and understand the individual goals and expectations of the team
  • Work independently on client related-concerns

Qualifications for the Client Manager:

  • 4 to 7+ years  of financial management industry experience is required
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving & client service skills
  • Detail-oriented and understanding of time-sensitive issues
  • Solid PC and Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable speaking with clients
  • Strong understanding of money movement, account openings, trades within accounts, and basic daily operations
  • Direct client experience a must
  • Strong understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics) is required
  • CFP or CFA is also preferred
