Client Overview:

Our client, a healthcare company, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist in Trenton, NJ. This company is continuing to grow and add to the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr – $25/hr+ Depending on experience

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who has 3+ years of experience and is a self-starter. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with departments to enhance accounts payable efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Process and manage vendor invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of systems.
  • Analytical and very detail-oriented.
  • ERP experience.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
