Are you looking to develop your career in the financial services industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Credit Analyst. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, while also collaborating onsite with your peers. The position is a 12-month+ contract with competitive pay.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21.15/hr
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing customer credit information. The Customer Service Credit Analyst will provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their credit-related inquiries and concerns. The Customer Service Credit Analyst team operates on East/West Coast time zones. Shift requirements are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST, or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Saturday and Sunday availability, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST, is required for this position.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Credit Analyst:
- Conduct thorough credit analyses and make informed decisions based on your findings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in credit analysis processes.
- Utilize various tools and software to maintain and update customer credit records.
- Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies in credit information.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Credit Analyst:
- 6+ months experience in a loan processing Customer Service Credit Analyst role or similar is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently when working from home and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying written policies and procedures.
- The Customer Service Credit Analyst should have familiarity with loan processing, financial statements, tax documents, and payroll.
- Experience working in a production-based, remote environment.
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Proven track record of excelling in a metric-based environment.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
