Our client is a luxury subscription membership brand and is seeking a Brand Strategist to define and drive the brand growth strategy. This position will work closely with the brand marketing and social media teams to ensure key moments are cohesively represented across all channels.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
Up to $150k Based on experience. This position is bonus-eligible.
Position Overview:
The Brand Strategist will drive continued growth, reporting directly to the CEO & Co-founder and working within the Brand Marketing team. This role involves setting the brand growth strategy, managing the marketing calendar, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. You will lead the social media team, drive engagement across platforms, and support creative content from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities of the Brand Strategist:
- Develop cross-channel strategies for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Lead creative innovation and campaign optimization to drive revenue growth.
- Maximize CAC and ROAS while maintaining brand consistency and long-term growth.
- Oversee the social media team and content calendar.
- Drive follower growth and engagement across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Partner with internal teams to create strategies that drive sales and revenue.
- Manage a small team, providing mentorship and support.
Qualifications for the Brand Strategist:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or social media management.
- Familiar with and understanding of luxury brand strategy.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth company is a plus.
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Comfortable communicating with senior management.
- A track record of increasing traffic and customer conversion through targeted campaigns.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications is required.
