Our client is a family of service companies in multiple states. They are seeking a Learning & Development Senior Manager with a strong human resources and training background to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k – $160k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Learning & Development Senior Manager will develop and implement the learning & development and talent management function from the ground up. This Learning & Development Senior Manager will also perform workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Senior Manager:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive talent development and learning programs to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Partner with the HRBPs and business leaders to identify skills gaps, developmental needs, and future capabilities required to support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of learning by creating accessible, engaging, and impactful training programs that promote both individual and organizational growth.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks that support employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee the performance management process, evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Employee engagement and retention.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and high employee morale.

Qualifications for the Learning & Development Senior Manager:

  • 6+ years of Human Resource experience.
  • Experience in building a learning & development program.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, and UKG.
  • Workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Supporting a small to mid-size organization.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
