Client Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital File and Timesheet Processor.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $34/hr

Position Overview:

In this role as the Digital File and Timesheet Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing digital files and timesheets, ensuring that all information is entered and maintained with precision. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.

Responsibilities of the Digital File and Timesheet Processor:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Process and prepare outgoing mail, packages, and shipments following established procedures.
  • Maintain an organized mailroom environment, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing materials are tracked and accounted for.
  • Ensure that all materials are properly labeled, packaged, and documented.
  • Assist with managing inventory of mailing supplies and reordering when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and courier services to arrange for special deliveries or shipments.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications for the Digital File and Timesheet Processor:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in digital file management or timesheet processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with digital file management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional certifications or training in office administration, data entry, or related fields is preferred.
