Client Overview:
Our client is a small construction subcontractor. They are looking to expand their team by hiring a Bookkeeper.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for Accounts payable, AIA billing, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. The ideal Bookkeeper should have 2 or more years of experience.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Assist with AIA Billing.
- Take charge of accounts payable, full cycle.
- Account reconciliations.
- Keep track of subcontractors.
- Work within Sage and Excel.
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
- 2 plus years as a Bookkeeper.
- Experience in a construction environment is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is preferred.
