Position Overview:
The Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing is responsible for providing overall leadership and vision to a team of Recruiters and Sales team members for the Administrative division. The Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing will be responsible for developing and implementing employee growth plans, setting, and managing staff performance, motivating team members to operate at their full potential, providing day-to-day training/guidance on how to strategically develop target client lists, grow existing partnerships, and placing talent in open roles. The Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing is also responsible for running a full desk and “leading by example”. The ideal Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership abilities and desire to build the business.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing:
- New business and client development. Growth strategies and planning.
- Strategic market penetration.
- Working with Marketing to create division specific marketing campaigns.
- Strategic alliances. Contract negotiation.
- Supplier/vendor relationship optimization and management.
- Customer service, delivery, and logistics.
- Quality assurance/control.
- Short & long-term business plan creation.
- Team hiring and building.
- Sales, recruiting, and account management.
- Training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling.
- Staff analysis and development.
- Performance monitoring, management, and restructuring.
- Leading weekly team meetings.
- Leading daily meetings on open requisitions.
- Conducting performance evaluations on a routine basis (monthly/quarterly and/or annually).
- Operational analysis, correction, and performance-tuning.
- Internal workflow process creation and design.
- Other projects and tasks as directed by your Manager.
Qualifications for the Recruiting Division Manager, Administrative Staffing:
- 1+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
- 1+ years of a team manager or mentor to full desk recruiters.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Successful track record of sales and recruiting.
- Ability to have a “big picture” mindset and strategy.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel to client meetings.
- Ability to work in office 3 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience is required.
