Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

This Administrative Assistant role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day office operations, including calendar management, booking conference rooms, maintaining office supplies, planning events, and providing front desk/receptionist coverage. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Serve as the Administrative Assistant responsible for managing and coordinating team and executive calendars.
  • Book conference rooms and maintain scheduling to support a variety of meetings and events.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies, ensuring the office remains organized and well-stocked.
  • Plan and execute office events, including celebrations, team-building activities, and client-facing functions.
  • Provide front desk/receptionist coverage by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries.
  • Support additional administrative duties as needed to assist the team and enhance office operations.

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
