Client Overview:

A high-end retail organization specializing in luxury timepieces is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join the team on a temporary basis during this pivotal time of year to help manage increased business volume. The Sales Associate position requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21/hr – $23/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced retail Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal Sales Associate is passionate, dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, and driven to exceed sales goals. This Sales Associate role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, networking to develop new prospects, and providing outstanding after-sale service.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury experience to every client.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by tracking key milestones and preferences for future purchases.
• Utilize expert product knowledge and clienteling strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Proactively network to attract and develop new clientele.
• Support team members in the sales process, ensuring adherence to established boutique protocols.
• Provide outstanding after-sale service and ongoing product maintenance support.

Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Associate:

• Strong background in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or timepieces.
• Excellent customer service Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBasic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Associate:
• Experience with high-end watch brands.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in luxury retail or sales are a plus.
