Client Overview:
Our client specializes in providing personalized subscription services that send balanced, fresh pet food directly to their customers nationwide. Their goal is to create a personalized experience across all aspects of pet care and believe their D2C business model uniquely positions them to take the industry into the future. Currently, they are looking to add Customer Service Associates to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for Customer Service Associates who will be the backbone of their customer service department. In these Customer Service Associates, they are looking for people who can deliver a positive, top-notch customer experience via phone/email/text. Customer Service Associates are tasked with resolving customer queries in a fast, friendly, and courteous manner. Customer Service Associates will be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding billing, delivery status, account information, updating payment methods, nutritional information, and general subscription questions.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associates:
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound phone contacts, email, and text/chat.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy.
- Respond to customers promptly with thorough and accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work independently with customers but also be able to share information about these conversations with your colleagues.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Associates:
- A few years of on-resume experience in retail, service industry/hospitality, call center environments, or any other customer service-based role.
- Ideal candidates will have previously assisted with customer service needs via phone, email, and live chat/text.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
