Client Overview:

Our client is an established manufacturing company and is looking to add a Quality Technician to their 3rd shift team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Quality Technician will perform quality inspection and testing on different products. The Quality Technician will work on the 3rd shift from 11pm-7am. This is a temp to hire opportunity. 

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:

• Inspect products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
• Perform testing on products including tests for strength, tension, quality, etc.
• Identify non conformances and fill out related documentation.
• Communicate findings to supervisor and other employees to resolve quality issues.

Required Experience/Skills for the Quality Technician:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on the overnight shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting 25lb objects and standing for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Quality Technician:

• Experience in quality control or quality inspecting.
• Experience with reading blueprints and using inspection related tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
