Our customer is a leading manufacturer within the healthcare space. Their employees make a difference in the lives of others and they are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k – $85k plus bonus
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Assistant supports the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding for new hires, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant:
- Posting jobs on-line.
- Sourcing for new candidates.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Partnering with hiring manager.
- Partnering with immigration vendor coordinate paperwork for employees requiring visas, green cards, H1B, and TNs.
- Maintaining their HRIS, keeping employee and company information up to date
- Running reports within Paycom and Excel.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Assistant:
- 3+ years general HR administration experience.
- Recruitment experience including sourcing and screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Excel and HRIS experience including reporting.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing those relationships.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Assistant:
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the medical device space.
- Paycom experience.
- Immigration experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
