Our client is a trusted advisor to many executives for long term planning. They are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr plus bonus

Position Overview:


The Human Resources Administrator will maintain HR systems, coordinate recruitment processes, manage new hire onboarding, assist with benefits administration, and provide payroll support. This is Human Resources Administrator a part-time role providing administrative support to the HR team. 

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Maintain and update the HRIS with employee records.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis.
  • Enter employee data into various HR systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and properly filed.
  • Draft and post job openings on job boards and website.
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews.
  • Liasson between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new employees and ensure compliance of forms.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets & documents.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.

Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • 1 – 2 years of HR administration experience.
  • Experience working within an HRIS.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Education Requirements: 

  • A degree is preferred.
