Founded in 1995, Atrium is a WBENC-certified leader established with the idea that an excellent employee experience should not be limited to full time employees. Built on our trademarked legacy of an Applicant-Centric™ philosophy, we approach hiring from the perspective of the Associate enabling us to build lasting relationships and find our Associates jobs they love.

Our mission, today and always, has been to build the workforce of tomorrow by putting people first.

    We listened to people.

    We recognized the need for a better experience in the staffing industry and were eager to take on the challenge. By devoting our attention to people, we better understand their needs. And with the design of Applicant-Centric™, we delivered our first recruitment solution.

  • 2000

    Our message resonated nationwide.

    Atrium’s message resonated with businesses across the country. The respect we offered people resulted in meaningful relationships within the market. As our reputation for recognizing and retaining talent grew, so did our referrals. We nurtured greater, more reliable talent resources and longstanding partnerships.

  • 2003

    WBENC opened new doors.

    As a woman-owned business, we have had the privilege of learning and growing alongside some of the most successful enterprise organizations. We are grateful for the opportunities that have come our way and have always strived to give back by providing excellent service, effective solutions, and mentorship to others.

  • 2008

    We embraced challenges.

    When asked to be a part of a bigger workforce management solution, we were ready. From coast to coast, we began supporting national payrolling for the contingent workforce. Atrium’s adaptability garnered industry credibility and empowered the launch of a new division, Atrium Managed Services, now known as AtriumWORKS™.

    Celebrating 25 years.

    After a quarter century in business, we marked this significant achievement by recognizing and appreciating the employees who have helped shape the values and principles we still uphold today. This commemoration not only allowed us to celebrate our founding ideals but also provided us with an opportunity to look forward to the next twenty-five years and continue our mission of valuing people and their potential.

    Going Global.

    Through our global acquisition strategy and organic growth in support of our increasingly international customer base, Atrium expanded operations into EMEA. This significant milestone maximizes our ability to deliver industry-leading services and innovative solutions to organizations worldwide.
