Our client, a leading construction organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for their Miami, FL office.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$21/hr – $26/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their collaborative team in Miami, FL. This is a fast-paced and high-volume position that provides extensive exposure to Accounts Payable functions inside a renowned organization. The Accounts Payable Analyst will collaborate with colleagues across regions and will provide professional assistance to specialists and managers with various tasks.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Manage invoice processing, including scanning and data entry.
- Coordinate daily posting of invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Payable aging report.
- Analyze weekly open reports for outstanding invoices.
- Ensure compliance with the three-way match process.
- Establish and update vendor accounts.
- Resolve accounts on hold and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to departmental KPIs.
- Handle vendor and internal staff communications via phone and email.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
- 1 – 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Timberline / TimberScan software is preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office (Extensive Excel) experience.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
