Client Overview:

Atrium is partnering with a leading corporation headquartered in Orlando, Florida. This company is renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. They are currently looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Record and apply payments received from customers accurately.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts to ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in a large corporation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
