Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Associate to provide essential support. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and guiding potential students. This position requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and effective communication to prospective students and their family.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Associate:
- Assist with data entry, file maintenance, and reports.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with students, academic staff, and administration.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Associate:
- 2+ years of office support experience required .
- Must be proficient in Zoom, Slack, Google Suites and Microsoft office, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong project management and administrative skills.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Associate:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
