Our client is a global investment firm seeking an Administrative & Personnel Manager to join their team. Their investment approach spans the global equity, fixed income, currency, commodity, liquid alternatives, and private markets.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k-140k

Position Overview:

The Administrative & Personnel Manager provides leadership to Administrative Assistants and is a relationship builder with stakeholders, management & team members. High volume management needed. Hospitality or Healthcare leadership background is a great match!

Responsibilities of the Administrative & Personnel Manager:

  • Partner with Recruiting & Hiring Managers on hiring needs, job descriptions, sourcing, interview process & hiring recommendations
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires 
  • Address performance concerns 
  • Coordinate leaves & coverage plans for absences  
  • Part of compensation decisions
  • Provide training program & materials
  • Promote employee engagement  
  • Partner with department leaders for training on new technologies & procedures  
  • Track and recognize milestones & holidays Implement team-building activities to promote a collaborative environment 
  • Ensure adequate back-up and cross-training 
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and firm leadership 
  • Coordination of general management processes across business units including financial budgets, business continuity planning, real estate and visitor management and more.

Qualifications of the Administrative & Personnel Manager:

  • 3 – 5 years’ recent experience in high volume people management
  • Professional services such as Hospitality &/or Healthcare needed Human Resources & Global experience a plus
  • Process/program management
  • Data-driven project management Diversity, Equity & Inclusion background a big plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
