Position Overview:

The Assistant Site Merchandiser will support the Site Merchandising Manager in optimizing and managing our online presence across the website and Amazon. This is a support-heavy role that involves working on product presentation, photo editing, styling suggestions, and listing management to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual eye and creative mindset, with experience in e-commerce merchandising or related fields.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Merchandiser:

  • Assist the Site Merchandising Manager in maintaining the website, ensuring products are accurately displayed and organized to drive sales.
  • Edit, crop, and enhance product images to ensure a high-quality presentation on the websites.
  • Provide styling suggestions for product photoshoots to improve visual appeal.
  • Build and manage product listings, ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Analyze product performance and collaborate with the merchandising team to make data-driven improvements.
  • Support promotional strategies and campaigns to optimize sales and customer experience.
  • Organize and update website content to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications of the Assistant Site Merchandiser:

  • 1+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong visual eye with knowledge of web design, product presentation, and styling.
  • Creativity and a good sense of taste in apparel or accessories.
  • Experience with online platforms such as Amazon is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for merchandising and e-commerce.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
