Salary/Hourly Rate:
$135k
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee and expand our Corporate Field Marketing program. As Assistant Vice President of Field Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in aligning regional and service-line marketing efforts with our corporate vision, driving firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives. You will lead strategic planning and execution, manage a growing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Vice President of Field Marketing:
- Evaluate and refine the current field marketing program to optimize performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish riorities for 2025 and beyond.
- Develop an annual field marketing strategy with key performance indicators, encompassing: Events and conferences, brand partnerships and public relations, client communications and stewardship, digital media and innovations, and content and thought leadership.
- Oversee the execution of regional marketing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead and expand the Field Mamarketing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead and expand the Field Marketing team, including: directly managing two current field marketers, recruiting and onboarding an additional team member in Q1 2025, and setting performance expectations and fostering professional development.
- Drive field marketing partnership strategies for emerging service lines.
- Regularly communicate program progress and key achievements to regional stakeholders and firm leadership.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate regional insights into corporate strategy.
Required Experience/Skills for the Assistant Vice President of Field Marketing:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related fields.
- Proven success in leading collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Strong background in program development and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Assistant Vice President of Field Marketing:
- Experience in field marketing.
- Understanding of nonprofit culture and fundraising practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a marketing team.
