Our client is a large manufacturing company in the area and is seeking a dedicated and professional B2B Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional B2B Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer service and order processing, with a background in inside sales being highly advantageous. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Responsibilities of the B2B Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Monitor orders from placement to fulfillment, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing product information, generating quotes, and supporting the overall sales process. Leverage previous inside sales experience to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues with orders, deliveries, and customer concerns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback. Use CRM systems to track and manage client information and sales activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer service metrics, order processing times, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications for the B2B Customer Service Representative:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in B2B customer service and order processing.
- Previous experience in inside sales is a significant plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
