Our client is a world-leading luxury retailer that is currently seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a thriving global luxury group with endless possibilities to learn and grow.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr – $20/hr
Position Overview:
The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to support the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information on time. They will serve as a single point of contact for customer account interaction and discrepancy resolution.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual French Customer Service Representative:
- Log customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Professionally answer inbound calls and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Allocate inventory promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications.
- Act as a product and industry expert to best serve clientele.
Qualifications of the Bilingual French Customer Service Representative:
- Experience working with corporate customer service.
- Experience using Microsoft suite platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
