Our customer is a successful legal firm that is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k

Position Overview:

The Billing Coordinator will be the primary contact for the Billing Attorneys and clients and will be responsible for the monthly proforma process. This position requires strong organization and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and to pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator:

  • Monthly proforma selections.
  • Completing attorney edits on proformas.
  • Performing review of guideline compliance.
  • Preparing final billing with submission of invoices on electronic websites.
  • Preparing appeals and budgets for submission to electronic websites.
  • Process of creating new files, performing conflicts checks, and accounts payables.

Qualifications for the Billing Coordinator:

  • 4 years of law firm experience.
  • Ability to take initiative and possess strong management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of client requirements and specific client-designated software.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
