The team is looking for someone to fill the role of Business Developer.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120,000 annually.

Position Overview:

The Business Developer role involves making contributions that directly influence the company’s growth and enhance its reputation within the industry.

Responsibilities of the Business Developer:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets for our exterior maintenance and landscaping services as a Business developer.
  • Client Relationship Management: Business Developer establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our professional network.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the management team as a Business developer.

Qualifications for the Business Developer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the landscaping or exterior maintenance industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping and exterior maintenance services and industry trends.
  • Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
