Our client is a rapidly growing firm! They are currently looking to hire a Client Services Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join an established firm.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$110,000 – $115,000 + bonus
Position Overview:
The Client Services Manager will partner closely with the Client Service Lead on daily operations for a variety of clients. The Client Services Manager should be self-motivated and is strong at building relationships. This Client Services Manager must have 4-7+ years of financial management experience.
Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager:
- Manage client service, daily operations, and a variety of ad hoc projects
- Oversee the coordination, implementation, and completion of a variety of disparate services for clients
- Review letters of instruction, accountant applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents
- Oversee quarterly reporting process and create client letters
- Build relationships both internally and externally
- Offer solutions to a variety of client needs
- Serve as a mentor for the Associates and Senior Associates on operational duties
- Manage and coordinate workflows
Qualifications for the Client Services Manager:
- 4 to 7+ years of financial management experience
- CFP or CFA is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are required
- Demonstrated direct client experience is required
- Understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives is preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required
