Position Overview:

The Creative & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing and executing creative projects across multiple marketing channels. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fostering collaboration between creative teams, marketing, and external partners. The ideal candidate for the Creative & Marketing Coordinator role is highly organized, proactive, and eager to refine processes that enhance efficiency and drive the success of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Creative & Marketing Coordinator:

  • Project Management: Oversee the creative development process using Adobe Workfront, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Print Production: Manage the entire lifecycle of print materials, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution. Maintain a tracking system for assets and production needs while facilitating clear communication and follow-ups.
  • Digital Asset Management: Develop a structured labeling system and guidelines to enhance the efficiency of evergreen asset usage across channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and social platforms. Ensure messaging and visuals remain cohesive across all touchpoints.
  • Asset Shot List Coordination: Gather and organize shot lists for creative production, optimizing asset usage across marketing channels while ensuring alignment with team needs.
  • Post-Campaign Performance Tracking: Collect and compile post-campaign performance insights across marketing channels. Standardize the process to facilitate continuous feedback and improvement.

Required Experience/Skills of the Creative & Marketing Coordinator:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, creative project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project/workflow management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing, storytelling, and creative execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
