Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associates (Remote) will provide outstanding support to clients through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of customer service or financial industry experience and possess active FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, Series 7). The Customer Service Associates (Remote) must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a client-focused mindset, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Customer Service Associates (Remote) role offers an excellent chance to work in a dynamic industry and help clients reach their financial goals.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associates (Remote):

  • Act as a Customer Service Associate by guiding customers through seamless rollover experiences.
  • Resolve client inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Become an expert in financial products, including 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, to better assist clients.
  • Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to address needs and concerns.
  • Support team goals by contributing to the internal knowledge base and enhancing external FAQs.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve processes and services.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associates (Remote):

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in the financial industry.
  • Must hold FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, Series 7).
  • Demonstrated passion for helping individuals achieve financial success.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools, such as Zendesk, is preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working outside regular hours when necessary.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
