Client Overview:
Our client is a leader in beauty and wellness, they are searching for a Beauty Specialist to assist customers in day-to-day questions.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
As the Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible to responding to customer inquiries via phone and live chat.
Responsibilities of the Beauty Specialist:
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our beauty product lines and stay updated on new product releases and trends.
- Offer personalized beauty consultations and recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling of products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current with beauty industry trends and company products.
Required Experience/Skills for the Beauty Specialist:
- 2+ Years in Beauty Industry required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and current beauty trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Beauty Specialist:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
