Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $70k

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist communicates with customers primarily via phone and also through email regarding orders, shipments, repairs, and status updates.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Deal directly with customers by telephone and email to perform customer service-related tasks including inquiries via telephone hunt group and customer service mailbox.
  • Validate and enter customer orders in the ERP system.
  • Prepare required support documents such as Commercial Invoices, shipping labels, and other related documents.
  • Accurately maintain and file all documents following company policies.
  • Ensure PO fulfillment from PO receipt through delivery to the customer. This includes order entry, credit release, and successful order transmission to the warehouse.
  • Promptly correspond with customers regarding product availability, backorder ETAs, etc.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Ability to multi-task effectively, work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, and make sound decisions with minimum supervision.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:

  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.
