Position Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented SAP Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining information into our company databases and systems. This Data Entry Clerk role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter information into various systems and databases from source documents within time limits.
  • Data Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
  • Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage paper and electronic files, ensuring data is easily accessible and stored securely.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and prepare data for analysis as required.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Required Experience/Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:

  • SAP data entry experience.
  • Excel experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software. Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
  • Typing Speed: Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
