We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr+
Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into the systems. Your role is crucial to the integrity and accuracy of data, which supports our client’s business operations and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist:
- Enter and update data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Generate reports and summaries from the data as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
