Our client is a consulting and investment firm that is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. Now is the time to join this growing organization.

$90k – $100k

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will support multiple Executives.  Your polished and professional disposition is needed as well as a professional services background.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for both domestic and international business travel including but not limited to booking flights, hotel and local transportation, and arranging passport/visa requirements.
  • Correspond & develop relationships with team members and clients. Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion.
  • Develop good working relationships with team members at all levels of staff.
  • Coordinate & schedule meeting set-up: audiovisual, meeting space, and materials.
  • Create and maintain Partner Contacts and coordinate gift-giving.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Experience supporting Executives in a Professional Services environment.
  • Proficient in calendar management and travel coordination experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work proficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Professional services or similar industry experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
