Our client is on the hunt for an Executive Assistant. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment, then this is the position for you!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$60k – $70k
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support the a financial services department providing high-level support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Oversee complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Email & Communication Management: Draft, screen, and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 1 – 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Professional services industry experience is preferred.
- Comfortable with Zoom and Microsoft Office including Outlook.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
