Our client is a global investment firm that offers a great team environment with many employee benefits!  They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k – $150k + Overtime & Bonus

Position Overview:


The Executive Assistant performs diversified administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role will be able to work well under strict deadlines, will be able to prioritize, understand urgency, and have a mindset that entails doing what it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Gatekeeper to investment professionals’ time and access.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations before meetings.
  • Produce and process correspondence as needed.
  • Expense management.
  • Maintain contacts.
  • Create and maintain filing systems.
  • Phone coverage for team members.
  • Responsible for copying, printing, binding, scanning, and couriering upon request.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • 10+ years as an Executive Assistant.
  • Tenured work history that exhibits loyalty & stability
  • Team player and must possess an extremely positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have extreme attention to detail, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Possesses the ability to set priorities in planning own workload and meeting strict deadlines, despite constant interruptions.
  • Must be able to respond to variable workflow and maintain composure in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Expenses experience with SAP Concur is a plus.
  • Proactive, capable of working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to come in early or stay late on short notice.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
