Our client is one of the leading investment firms globally. They are seeking an Executive Assistant (Junior Level) to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65k – $70k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant (Junior Level) will provide support to a team of investment professionals. The Executive Assistant (Junior Level) duties will include calendar management, meeting support, travel planning, and time & expense reporting. Our client supports each other’s development through regular team affiliation activities, meetings, and celebratory events. Join a great team!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant (Junior Level):

  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and calls.
  • Arrange travel, including domestic, international, and private travel.
  • Track business expenses and prepare expense reports.
  • Receive, screen, and route all incoming telephone calls, mail, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate team-building events, dinners, or outings.
  • Provide backup coverage for phone buddy/other team members (during lunch or absence).

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant (Junior Level):

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support.
  • Professional services environment experience. Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly.
  • Energetic self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Dedicated team player, willing to go the extra mile.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
