Our client is well-known in the real estate industry and is seeking an Facilities Manager to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k – $65k Annually
Position Overview:
Our client is looking to add an Facilities Manager to their team in Delray Beach. The ideal candidate will ensures the property’s shared spaces are well-maintained, safe, and functional, overseeing the upkeep of amenities like the pool, gym, or clubhouses, while addressing resident needs and coordinating maintenance.
Responsibilities for the Facilities Manager:
- Maintaining Amenities: Ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the property’s shared spaces, including pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, and common areas.
- Responding to Resident Needs: Addressing resident inquiries and concerns regarding amenities, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Scheduling and Coordinating Maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee repairs, upkeep, and improvements to the amenities.
- Budget Management: Managing the amenities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, and planning for future needs.
- Supervising Staff (If Applicable): If overseeing a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Safety and Security: Maintaining safety standards and ensuring a secure environment for residents and guests using the amenities.
- Event Coordination: If the amenities are used for events, assisting with the planning and execution of activities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Facilities Manager:
- 2+ years of Amenities experience management experience including clubhouse and golf course exposure.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Facilities Manager:
- 5+ years of Facilities management experience including clubhouse and golf course exposure.
- Experience managing staff.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- LCAM license is preferred.
