Client Overview:

Our client is in the internet security space providing security intelligence and risk analysis. They are looking to add an experienced FP&A Manager. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team. Our client is ideally looking for 5 – 8 years of experience with a background in management and senior-level financial planning and analysis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60/hr – $70/hr

Position Overview:

The FP&A Manager will be a part of the recent and newly developed Finance team. They will be interpreting and analyzing data to create accurate reports and analyses. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use is required. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skillset.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager: 

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
• Coordinating with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Overseeing balance sheets and cash flow.
• Retrieving comprehensive financial information and converting it into a pivot table format.
• Financial modeling and extracting data using NetSuite – working hand-in-hand with the CFO.
• Ad-hoc analysis skills, creating reports, and researching applicable information/data.

Required Experience/Skills for the FP&A Manager: 

• Financial Analyst experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the FP&A Manager:

• NetSuite experience is a big plus.

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and equivalent experience is required.
