Client Overview:
Our client is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to join their team temporarily. This client works fully in the office, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5:30 pm, and requires candidates who can commute locally every day.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The HR Admin Assistant will support the HR department and receptionist area of the office. Candidates for the HR Admin Assistant will be required to assist with employee files and onboarding as well as answering the main HR phone system. This role is fully in office.
Responsibilities of the HR Admin Assistant:
- The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for screening resumes, scheduling interviews, processing I-9s, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
- Handle incoming calls from employees and potential new hires and forward them to appropriate parties.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, processing timesheets, and exit interviews.
Qualifications for the HR Admin Assistant:
- Must have 1+ years of HR experience.
- Experience using an HRIS system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for reporting.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
