Our client is a leading global financial institution dedicated to providing a wide range of financial products and services to individuals, businesses, and governments. With a strong presence in over 50 countries, they strive to help their clients achieve their financial goals through innovative solutions and personalized advice. Currently, they are looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr

Position Overview:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role involves analyzing HR data, ensuring system integrity, and providing technical support to end users. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to optimize HR processes and improve data management practices.

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:

  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements, develop specifications, and collaborate with IT to implement upgrades or new functionalities.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular audits and data analysis to support HR metrics, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to HRIS users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient system usage.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to meet business needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure the HRIS system complies with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
