Client Overview:

Our client is an established financial services firm. They are currently looking to hire an experienced HRIS Analyst to join the team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45 – $50/hr

Position Overview:

The HRIS Analyst will be stepping in to cover someone going on leave. The HRIS Analyst will primarily focus on HR processes relating to data and changes to ensure proper reporting. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 5+ years of HRIS focused work experience including system configuration, maintenance, creating reports, and data analytics.

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:

  • Oversee accurate employee lifecycle data entry and system updates
  • Generate and provide reports for Business Partners during the annual performance cycle
  • Ensure data is presented clearly and effectively for easy comprehension
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks related to HR Operations, including reporting, auditing data, and tracking trends
  • Support team-wide projects and provide administrative assistance beyond assigned HR Operations programs
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics and KPIs for management and stakeholders
  • Analyze HR data (e.g., demographics, turnover, performance) to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support and guidance for HRIS users
  • Perform data entry, electronic filing, and related administrative tasks

Qualifications for the HRIS Analyst:

  • 5+ years of HRIS focused experience
  • Experience with system configuration, maintenance, creating reports, and data analytics
  • Ideally implementation experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Organization chart configuration experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
