Our client is a real estate investment firm with a long-standing presence in Boston. They are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65k – $70k plus 15% Bonus

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive, team player who can work independently. This Human Resources Administrator role will support the Human Resources team. Internships in Human Resources will be considered.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Orienting new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Administering employee benefits plans, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with salary regulations.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, investigating complaints, and promoting positive workplace relationships.
  • Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and tracking employee development.
  • Creating and updating employee policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing policy violations.
  • Staying updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Previous ADP experience is a plus.
  • Previous accounting skills are a plus.
  • Extremely detailed-oriented.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
