The team is now looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000 – 100,000 annually.

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to support our growing workforce and maintain a positive work environment as a Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Human Resources Manager oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and employee onboarding to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including employee evaluations, feedback, and development plans to enhance productivity and growth.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Handle payroll and manage compensation plans, benefits administration, and employee incentive programs to maintain competitive offerings and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Health and Safety: Collaborate with the safety team to ensure workplace safety standards are met and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

  • A Human Resources Manager requires a strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the landscaping or exterior maintenance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
