A growing healthcare services company with multiple east coast locations is looking for an IT Project Manager.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k – $125K
Position Overview:
This IT Project Manager must have strong IT integration experience, specifically with new office setups (Hardware & Network), mergers and acquisitions, and data migration.
Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:
- Lead, manage, and oversee new office IT integrations (PC’s, Printers, Network, phones, etc.).
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT integration with overall business goals as the IT Project Manager.
- Manage the migration of data from the acquired company’s systems to the acquiring company’s infrastructure.
- Assess compatibility between different IT systems and applications.
- Communicate IT integration plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure that IT integration processes comply with relevant healthcare (HIPAA) regulations and standards.
Required Experience/Skills for the IT Project Manager:
- Proven experience in IT project management (Infrastructure), particularly in the context of company mergers and acquisitions required.
- Diverse knowledge IT systems, databases, and applications.
- Proficienct in project management tools and methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or medical environment (HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
