Our client is a well-established property management group that is searching for a Leasing Consultant. If you have excellent relationship-building skills and are looking for a positive working culture, then this is the position for you!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$60k – $65k
Position Overview:
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing residential apartments, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring an excellent resident experience.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant:
- Assist prospective residents through tours, applications, and leasing.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support marketing efforts and host resident events.
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate records and process transactions.
- Ensure adherence to housing laws and regulations.
Required Experience/Skills for the Leasing Consultant:
- Prior experience in leasing or sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays and some evenings.
- Comfortable hosting resident events and interacting with diverse individuals.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Leasing Consultant:
- Proficiency in leasing software and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
